Description: The art is a fantasy underwater scene with candified animals living under the sea. Every part of their world is inspired by dreams, mythology, psychedelia, animation and of course the broad language of rainbow sweets. Their materials are meant to be soft gummy textures, emphasizing the tactility of the objects depicted. They are characterized by their vibrant, whimsical designs, including reaction diffusion, rainbow gradients, and bright colors. I used bold, contrasting colors and crisp lines to imbue the piece with a playful yet precise aesthetic, emblematic of the Pop Art movement’s focus on everyday objects and consumer goods.
